#thePerfectMonday Week 9

9 #perfectMondays so far! Awesome, right?

I don't know about you, but coffee is my friend. He's the responsible of me being a human being capable to create a coherent sentence in the morning.

A long weekend and to be honest we didn't do much. It was a very emotional week, but I was able to survive.

Here are the achievements...

From Pelhuaz:

1. I'm working very hard with Pelhuaz branding and with my limited experience using Photoshop, I was able to finally create my very own banner and brand image. Using tools from the hundreds available at the Creative Market, I was able to finalise my brand design. Did you notice the recent changes? Do you like this one better? Because I really do! :D

2. I find out how to edit pictures at Photoshop and how to add the watermark that I like and was able to update all the images at the store.

From My Homeschooling Project:

1. As we are in Summer Break, there's not mush to share about it. However I'm happy to inform that my oldest daughter graduated. It was a very emotional moment for me.

2. Tiny nap time had change and he's not handling it well, so when he wake up from napping is in a really bad mood. So this Mama, needs to leave everything aside and just do her "couch" duty.

3. Kyara is happy enjoying her Summer Break to the fullest!

Hoping for a very awesome week. Enjoy your Memorial Day and don't forget to remember and honor.

#thePerfectMonday Week 8

Another awesome Perfect Monday!

So this was a fabulous weekend, besides the two-day-headache that I had! So I did a lot for Pelhuaz this weekend, and of course time with the family, as well.

Here my achievements from last week:

From Pelhuaz:

1. This new necklaces made of wood beads and baby friendly are so pretty. I made one for myself and Tiny approved!

2. A very important custom order was completed. It was made for a friend that wanted to do something special for her son. The results were fabulous, and the dog-tags were extremely pretty!

3. Ideas, ideas and more ideas for Fathers Day. The unconventional Dad inspired these necklaces and keychains. The Dad that is confident about who he becomes and what he's looking for, and yet play without any concerns with his children. The artist, the designer, the adventurous, the bohemian, the hipster, the traveler, the gamer... The keychain comes with a key-ring, and a top quality hand stamped 5/8" stainless steel disc with the word DAD. The necklaces have a simple designed featuring a charm feather. It's a perfect design for the sexy daddy.

4. We were part of an amazing Multi Vendor Sale hosted by BayouVue

5. Happy mail head out this week and few surprises, as well.

From My Homeschooling Project

1. We are still on vacation, but I'm starting gathering data and material for the Girl's 5th Grade adventure.

2. I'm planning to start Tiny with some light Pre-School Material. That will be fun!

3. Oh, and we went to see the Captain America movie. It was lots of fun!

Hoping for a great week! Today, I will enjoy my Perfect Monday!

#thePerfectMonday Week 7

Wow! Week 7 already...

The weekend was rough, as Tiny was an early riser all weekend long. I did took advantage of the daylight to make pretty things. But to be completely honest, Sunday morning I felt like an ogre...

Here my achievements of last week:

For Pelhuaz:

1. I was invited to participate in an important event. I was very surprised, as this event have lots of traffic and potential sales. I need to prepare lots of items to be ready. (Can I hear a YAY?)

2. I went to the supplier and got great items that inspired me to create beautiful new items that are now available at Pelhuaz Store.

3. I started a new initiative, and made a post reviewing 2 products for The Perfectly Posh by Kristin. We are running a giveaway, and you have a chance to win 1 of 2 amazing prizes. Stop by and participate. You never know... You could be a winner! Just click here.

4. Ohhh, I almost forgot... With this branding thing, I was in the need of a new logo. With the help of my beautiful friends that coached me, I was able to create this simple logo that it's perfect for what I wanted. You can see it here on the side bar, at Pelhuaz Facebook and at the store.

For Homeschooling Vacations

1. We are having a fabulous time doing nothing and spending time together.

2. This week, we have few appointments that will have us busy.

#thePerfectMonday Week 6

The perfect weekend brought us a #thePerfectMonday!

I wish you all had a great weekend and a fabulous Mother's Day. I spend it with who matters the most - My Family.

I had a very intense week, but I'm happy to announced that the Homeschooling Year ended with great outcomes, and Pelhuaz still rocking!

Here are my achievements for last week:

For Pelhuaz:

  • Sales are still coming... Yay!
  • I received a special request from a son that wanted me to send a gift to his Mama address. He lives in the states, and Mama live here in Puerto Rico. I was able to make a pretty package, and a special delivery edition of a #happyMail. It felt so good to be able to be the channel to their love. I hope that Mama had enjoyed the gift, the surprise, and the love that was sent her way.

  • We participated of a Tiny Bazaar that wasn't the best experience, but I did made a sale. I took the kids with me, and Oh-Gosh-Oh-Gee Tiny was a Hurricane! From wanting to help to arrange the table, from running all over the place. I'm pretty sure he manage to scare the possible customers, but a Mama needs to do what a Mama needs to do. I learned that if I'm not able to take someone with me to look after the kiddo, I'm better to say "No thank you!" I wasn't able to take even 1 picture. :-D
  • I ran a Flash Sale to celebrate the May the 4th. Don't forget that I'm a geek! :-P
  • I got inspired, and made few new necklaces

For My Homeschooling Project:

  • The homeschooling year 2015-2016 it's officially over. (Can I hear an AMEN?)
  • It was our first time with this venture, and I can say that we did pretty good!
  • The Missis was promoted to 5th Grade and her grade average was 91A
  • All the reports and binders were completed.
  • I tried to educate my kids into the Star Wars Culture, but Tiny got afraid with Kylo in the first scene. Oh well, I'll wait...
  • Vacations here we go!!!!!

Let's sit back, do nothing and enjoy our new #thePerfectMonday.

#thePerfectMonday Week 5

Mother's Day is in few days, and I can't wait to have the day with my family!
This week was very intense, as we are in the final run from homeschooling, and I decided to assist to a small gathering to bring my jewelry for a Mother's Day Sale. I'm hoping to be able to promote and have a few sales there...

Here are a list of my accomplishments for last week:

From Pelhuaz:

  • Things are going so well, that it amaze me. Sales, promo, custom orders, and more. Here's a look at our week statistics. Isn't this great!

  • I'm loving my new Handmade Community - Storenvy Networking, as they provide me with so much support. To the Storenvy Gang... Love you and thank you so much for the support. Means the world to me.
  • Few new items were added to the store, perfect for Mother's Day.

  • I created this cute design with the help of free photography tools, and resources available on the web, such as Fotor and Pixabay.

  • So let's the "Branding" begins...

  • I posted a #MothersDayGiftIdeas guide that is available at our previous post, here in the blog. 100 views so far it's a huge accomplishment for a blog that is staring, and it's not that known.  (That cutie pie there, it's my handsome boy when he was like 8 months or so. I love this picture of us because its represents what I feel as a Mama, and the things I'm able to do to make them happy.)

From My Homeschooling Project:

  • Week #35 was completed.
    • We have 2 more weeks and we are DONE!

Spanish

  • Overview of Chapter 8: Nos Vemos en la Red

English

  • Review and Evaluation: Adjetives, Adverbs, Conjunctions & Prepositions

Science

  • Overview of Chapter 9: Electricity and Magnetism

Math

  • Review and Evaluation Chapter 12: Metric Measurements

Field Trip

  • We didn't have any field trip this week due to the weather and the amount of work that we are doing in order to complete it on time for our Summer Vacation.

This is it! Enjoy your week and embrace #thePefectMonday!
