#thePerfectMonday by Pelhuaz Week 19

1. Great things are coming our way. Changes are needed to be made and you know what? Changes are GOOD! Changes are the results of things moving... being dynamic, and not being static. Business wise it's time to move forward, and put Pelhuaz by Red where it belongs. If you remember, awhile ago we used to be pelhuaz.com. Then the baby came, I became a SAHM that homeschool, left the work force from a job that I loved, and things got a little overwhelming. I took the decision to close everything, but couldn't be away long. Then little by little, I got to the hold of everything and here we are. Now I'm presented with an opportunity to get my domain, manage my store, and have everything in one website... And guess what? I'm up for the challenge.

  

2. Did the research, and Pelhuaz by Red will be located in a new awesome domain. I already got it, and I'm making all the arrangements to have it ready. It's looking pretty awesome. Want to have a peak? Here's how things are looking in there...

3. More Apparel Designs are heading our way, and I will keep you updated with the progress of Pelhuaz by Red new site, and the grand opening. I'm so excited!

WELCOME 5th GRADE!

Today is our first day of school. As vacations are over, now I'll share with you our achievements for the school year. It's my way of being accountable of what I'm doing, and also a fun way to let you know about this adventure.

Next week will be our first weekly report. Can't wait to share all the fun stuff going on in our school.

This was a ver exciting week for Pelhuaz. So many things to tell you!

1. For those of you that followed me in Facebook, IG & Twitter, know how excited I am about my new Apparel Collection that it's available now at Pelhuaz Store. I had this idea for a time now, and was finally able to started it. I have so many ideas, that I needed to write them down, because I don't want to missed any.

2. So far, I have available 6 designs: I create, Let's do this!, I am Crafty, Let's go places!, I am brave, and Music sounds better with you!

3. I'm working in few more designs, including one for homeschooling, as we (as a school) need new T-shirts for our field trips. Here's a WIP that I did on the weekend. Hope you get the sarcasm! Is an inside-joke! :D

4. Don't forget that this week is the two year anniversary of our friends at The Craft Penguin. Don't missed the opportunity to participate at the Multi-Vendor giveaway that we are part of!! There will be 7 wonderful prizes from 7 wonderful shops, and 7 lucky winners! Here the prizes:

1. Most of my time was invested in Pelhuaz, but I did managed to arrange our Homeschooling Room and make it a little more prettier. Still work to do, but I still have a week to do so! 

2. This is a rough draft but here's the design I made for us to wear at out field trips. Still making changes, but here's the idea. One for each one... Same design spectrum, but with a touch of individuality.

How about another awesome week in the making? Here are my achievements of last week. I was able to do a lot!!!!!

1. With the revenue acquired from the sales at last week event, I was able to buy materials to create pretty things. 

3. And due to that, new pretties are available now at Pelhuaz Necklace Collection!

1. The Homeschooling Room is looking fabulous. Little by little, I have being adding pieces that are making it looking great. I added a "Welcome to 5th Grade" Banner, colorful calendars and our new "Look what I did this week" display - made of bamboo sticks. I also incorporate the windsocks I made for the decoration at the latest Pelhuaz' event, and they really look very nice. Take a look!

2. Forms, schedulers, binders, documents, and our Weekly Lesson Plans are being finished.

#thePerfectMonday by Pelhuaz Week 15

This week was all about the blog. 

The weekend was a little complicated, as the Girl caught a stomach flu and you know how that goes... Beside that, lots of rain, cold weather, and cuddles. So here are the achievements of the week, because we need to be accountable of our efforts, and accomplishments! Hello Week 15!

1. This week I dedicated time to the blog -as you can see. I wanted to give it an unique look but within the brand spectrum. I think I made it. Last week banner was hideous and I hated it, but I'm liking this golden thingy... Looks clean and modern, at the least that the way I think it feels. What do you think? You like it? Ohh, and I even added a cute signature!

2. New banners for the weekly posts... Yes... Again! If I don't "feel it" I won't leave it alone... And I'm feeling this one! Stay tune, as you will see the awesome new banners on Thursday #handmadeFavorites post. Here's a peak!

3. My handmade community it's very important to me, and I'll do everything I can to support them in return. After reviewing the blogs statistics, I discovered that I'm not doing too bad... Not bad at all. I decided to add them on the blog to share the love with my blog's visitors. Friends like Kiser Krafts, QtsyLife, and Team Neville, among few others are now part  of Pelhuaz Blog as My Crafty Friends. Take a look at our side banner, to discover all our friends and their amazing handmade businesses. 

4. I've being preparing everything for Sunday's event. I tried to staged the table but Tiny wanted to use the Table Cover as a cape. Not a good idea. But I did identified and packed all the inventory that I will take with me to the event.

5. I received a fabulous happy birthday #happymail surprise from my Beautiful Friend Kelly. She put so much love to it, that I still feel it. I loved the purse she made just for me (I have a one of a kind Kiser Kraft Designer Purse), and have been using it since I received it! Her daughter also spoiled me with the most amazing necklace that even have (what I think it's) a USS Enterprise. I'll sure use it on Friday, when I go to the movies to see it!

1. I started making the official documentation for our next School Year and the 5th Grade Binder. Still few weeks to go, but I prefer starting early as my time it's managed by a Tiny Cute Human that most of the time is uncooperative and demanding. 

2. Our color selection for 4th Grade was Green and Yellow, this homeschool year we decided for Rainbow. I'm now in the process of creating templates and forms that I soon will be sharing with you. 

3. The girl started a two weeks Summer Music Camp. She was excited and scared at the same time - you can tell by her face. She wasn't that into it at the beginning, due to the kids weren't following instructions (she's a very organized and methodic girl), and they weren't doing much. But she got the hang to it, and started enjoying her time with new songs and dancing. On Friday they will have a presentation for the parents as the closure of the camp. 

4.Tiny and I went to visit Grandma and Titi, and he was exploring all his surroundings. We might have a Singer or an Electrical Engineer here...
